Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! To ensure a smooth process, kindly note our return and exchange policy:
- Request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Once approved, return the item within 14 days.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after the designated timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same perfect condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please avoid sending the item directly to the manufacturer.
Whoops! Got a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
We apologize if your item isn’t perfect. Simply:
- Email us at returns@pawsinart.com within 14 days (with a photo).
- We’ll review and approve your return (within 30 days).
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Exchanges: Email us to request an exchange, and we’ll help you find the perfect replacement.
Shipping:
Be aware that shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for security against loss during transit.
